4th of July Vintage Photo Freebies

Plumrose Lane

I just wanted to share with you one of my favorite sites for Blogger themes. The site is called Plumrose Lane and she creates really beautiful blog backgrounds and themes. And hey, they're free! If you've never been to her site, just click on the image below and it will take you right to it.

She has a wonderful variety of themes, backgrounds, and post dividers, and she provides tutorials as well. She has a few I'm thinking about trying for my Tattered Sisters blog. :) Take a peek!

Summer is Coming Vintage Photo

Summer is coming, and it's the perfect time for doing craft projects with a summer theme. I thought this Vintage Photo of ladies at the beach would fit the bill. :)

This image can be found full size (without the watermark) in the Box.net download box on the right-hand side of the block. It is named Ladies Beach Summer. I'm going to try to add some more summer themed vintage photos in the coming weeks. Enjoy your Graphics Freebies!

Spring Sheep Vintage Photo

I thought I'd share another Graphics Freebie with you....this one is a Vintage Photo of some sheep. I always think of Spring when I see photos of sheep. :) And I love sheep! I've uploaded the photo to the Box.net box here on the right side of the blog. Below is the watermarked version so you can preview it full size. The watermark doesn't appear on the downloadable version.

Remember, I delete the photos from the Box from time to time as they get old, so be sure to download yours sooner rather than later. Keep thinking Spring...it'll get here sooner or later!

The End of Google Reader

Google Reader is closing in July, and I am none too happy about it. I've been using Google Reader for years to keep up with all of the blogs that I follow. So after finding out last week that Google Reader is near its end, I began the hunt for its replacement.
